1. preparation:
1.1 according to the production plan, collect the corresponding material list.
1.2 according to the list of materials, workers should go to the warehouse to collect the corresponding raw materials, and the raw materials should be used to avoid the waste.
1.3 when collecting all kinds of raw materials, we should pay attention to the quality of all materials, and materials that have obvious quality problems can not be collected.
1.4 after the raw materials are brought out of the warehouse, they are placed on the job site separately and marked on the raw materials to prevent mistakes.
2. production components:
2.1 disintegrate each part in turn.
2.2 make the line number according to the wiring form and component connection diagram, and the spare parts line number is made for 2 stand-by.
2.3 according to the data of the circuit form, the corresponding length wire is measured from the coil.
2.4 stripping the wires and the parts at the ends, the length of the stripping line is worked out according to the terminals, and the scattered tinned copper wires are tightened by hand.
2.5 the spare line number will be inserted into both ends of the line, and the end of the non stripping head should be fixed with paper tape.
2.6 match the inserts of the parts with the strippers and press them with the corresponding jaws to check the appearance quality after pressing.
2.7 insert the finished wire end plug into the part according to the position of the part drawing, and use the hand to pull the wire back and out slightly. it is confirmed that it can not be pulled out. if the plug is pulled out, the step should be repeated.
the 2.8 parts are connected according to the order from small to large.
2.9 after all core plugging is completed, the black tape is wrapped around the outlet of the components, and the components are assembled and ready for use.
2.10 inspection: all inspectors are checked, qualified products flow into the next process, and unqualified products are reworked.
3. wiring:
3.1 will be printed on the a and b end of the line form.
3.2 the corresponding tooling is fixed on the worktable.
3.3 according to the line form, the lines are laid in accordance with the lines of the tooling and form respectively, and the corresponding lengths are cut after cutting.
3.4 insert the corresponding line number into the ends of the root line and fix the line number with paper tape.
3.5 after all a and b end lines are laid, the line of the parts will be laid on the grid according to the lines. the method is the same as that of a and b terminals.
4.6 arrange wiring.
4.7 inspection: inspection by inspectors, qualified products flow into the next process, unqualified products are reworked or applied for scrap.
5. bundles:
5.1 according to the position of the red line of the template, strapping each red line position with one bar.
5.2 if there is more than 10cm between two adjacent card bars on the same wire harness, a card should be added to the middle part of the two card strip.
5.3 the template is marked with adhesive tape wrapped around the part of the tape. the thickness of the tangle should be over 2 layers (or 2 layers).
5.4 all line cards should be tight enough to ensure that the wires in the card are not easy to twitch.
6. strip line:
6.1 the length of the stripping line is as follows: the insertion terminal part is 0.5mm long.
6.2 the wire stripping pliers should be selected to ensure that the conductor in the insulation layer is not damaged.
6.3 according to the table, the length of the line, the length of a and b are determined. and determine the position of the stripper.
6.4 clean off the stripped insulating layer and finish the working face.
7. pressure terminal
7.1 select terminal according to terminal type of tooling or line form.
7.2 tighten the stripped wire by hand.
7.3 the corresponding terminals are attached to the wire.
7.4 select the corresponding jaws. note: the red pliers press the insulating layer as the red terminals, the blue jaws press the blue terminals, and the yellow jaws press the yellow terminals.
7.5 place the jaws in the right place and adjust the terminals and the pressing positions with your hands.
7.6 check the position of the terminal, confirm it is correct and press it down with your hands.
7.7 check the appearance of the terminal when the terminal is pressed.
7.8 inspection: inspection by inspectors, qualified products flow into the next process, unqualified products are reworked or applied for scrap.
8. collation:
8.1 remove the entire wiring harness from the plate.
8.2 cut the extension part of the wire harness with a sharp knife.
8.3 remove the paper tape of the fixed line number.
9. inspection of finished products. after inspecting the inspectors and packing the qualified products, the rejected products will be reworked.
